Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee. This fee will be charged to the payment method used to secure your booking. If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full treatment fee may be charged. Thank you for your understanding and for respecting our cancellation policy.
